Heiwa shareholder benefits
The Company has introduced a shareholder benefit scheme for the purpose of deepening shareholder understanding of the Group’s businesses, increasing the attractiveness of investment in shares of the Company, and inducing more shareholders to keep their shares for the medium to long term.

We are presenting shareholders who hold two units (200 shares) or more of our company’s stock with shareholder benefit vouchers that can be used at PGM and Accordia Golf golf courses operated by our group, PGM Golf Academy Ginza, and Accordia Garden (practice range).Please take this opportunity to visit the golf courses and golf practice ranges operated by our group companies.*The scope of use has been expanded from the shareholder benefit voucher (1,000 yen benefit voucher scheduled to be sent in early June) for shareholders who hold two units (200 shares) or more as listed on our shareholderregister as of March 31, 2025, to Accordia Golf in addition to PGM. *Please note that benefit vouchers sent in December 2024 (valid from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025) cannot be used at Accordia Golf.

Presentation of shareholder benefit voucher for a discount of up to1,000 yen, depending on the number of shares held, on weekdays and designated weekends and public holidays, at golf courses operated by the Group. Discount applies to one person per voucher. Applicable fees are the total amount paid including play fees on the day (inclusive of consumption tax).* * Shareholder benefit vouchers are not valid if holder does not play golf at the golf course. |

However, at golf courses in Hokkaido, Yamagata Minami Country Club, dainiigata Country Club Sanjo Course, Northern Country Club Akagi Golf Course, Northern Country Club Jomo Golf Course, and Chuodo Haregamine Country Club, shareholder benefit tickets can be used on weekends and holidays from the spring opening after the winter closure until May, and from October until the winter closure. In addition, PGM Golf Academy Ginza and Accordia Garden (practice range) can be used all day. |
Notes for use
- Reservations must be made through the official PGM and Accordia Golf reservation sites, the official PGM and Accordia Golf app, or directly with the golf course (including via the call center).When using a shareholder’s benefit ticket, be sure to make a reservation through the official PGM and Accordia Golf reservation sites, the official PGM and Accordia Golf app, or directly with the golf course (including via the call center). If you make a reservation in any other way, you will not be able to use the shareholder’s benefit ticket for any reason. *Reservations are not required for PGM Golf Academy Ginza and Accordia Garden (practice range).
- If you do not play at the golf course, PGM Golf Academy Ginza, or Accordia Garden (practice range), the shareholder benefit coupon cannot be used. (It cannot be used only at the pro shop or restaurant.)
- Please present the Shareholders’ Coupon at the front desk when you check in on the day of play. *The coupon cannot be used outside of Accordia Garden (practice range) front desk opening hours
- The maximum number of Shareholders’ Coupons that can be used per person per visit is 16.
- One shareholder benefit ticket cannot be divided and used by multiple people.
